Construction phase support

Shop drawings, testing, factory inspections, and a site presence when geometry, gaskets, and setting-out either lock in or fail.

Design that stops at a specification is unfinished. Verticea remains engaged through fabrication and installation: we review shop drawings and calculations, attend visual and performance mock-ups, inspect factories, and walk the first floors of installation until the wall is true.

This is the period when contractor alternatives, coating substitutions, and “equivalent” gaskets appear. We evaluate them against performance, appearance, and warranty — not against the loudest voice in the meeting. Our construction-phase reports are written for the client, the architect, and the record.
