Lead major envelope commissions — client relationships, technical quality, and the team that delivers them.
You will be the senior face of Verticea on complex towers and precincts. You will set the technical strategy, staff the job, and stay close enough to the details that nothing important is delegated into silence.
What you will do
- Win and lead major façade commissions
- Hold quality across design, specification, and construction
- Build trusted relationships with clients, architects, and builders
- Grow the next generation of principals

- A substantial record of delivered curtain-wall and envelope work
- Comfort in boardrooms and on loading docks
- The instinct to protect the architecture and the client at the same time
