You will model heat, moisture, and light at the scale of a transom and a tower, then change the detail with the façade team until the numbers and the architecture agree. Title 24 is the baseline; many of our clients want more.

What you will do

  • Two- and three-dimensional thermal-bridge modelling
  • Hygrothermal and condensation-risk analysis
  • Glazing and shading studies with the mechanical engineer
  • Airtightness strategy and testing support
  • Carbon and operational-energy advice for envelopes

What we look for

  • A background in building physics, mechanical, or façade engineering
  • Familiarity with thermal-modelling tools and ASTM / ISO methods
  • The temperament to explain physics to architects and contractors

How to apply

Send a short letter, a CV, and relevant drawings or writing to invoice@verticea.online with the subject line “Building Physicist”.
