Careers
Building Physicist
Thermal, hygrothermal, daylight, and airtightness analysis that sits inside the design — not after it.
You will model heat, moisture, and light at the scale of a transom and a tower, then change the detail with the façade team until the numbers and the architecture agree. Title 24 is the baseline; many of our clients want more.
What you will do
- Two- and three-dimensional thermal-bridge modelling
- Hygrothermal and condensation-risk analysis
- Glazing and shading studies with the mechanical engineer
- Airtightness strategy and testing support
- Carbon and operational-energy advice for envelopes
What we look for
- A background in building physics, mechanical, or façade engineering
- Familiarity with thermal-modelling tools and ASTM / ISO methods
- The temperament to explain physics to architects and contractors
